Our lenders will only lend against a security property. The Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) for all our lenders is not to exceed 75.00%.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts I can borrow?
The minimum loan is usually $20,000.
The maximum loan amount is usually $2,000,000. However we will consider a larger amount on application.
How long does it take to approve a loan?
